Delete Elastic BeanStalk environment. (Delete environment option disabled)

I created an application using Elastic BeanStalk and deleted it because of an error,

When I tried to delete the Elastic BeanStalk environment, all options except 'Restore the environment' were disabled. How do I delete my environment?

Is the environment like the image below and you cannot select anything other than restore?
Elastic Beanstalk

In this case, the environment itself has been terminated, so no particular charges should occur.
This is the first time I've seen this state, but I expect that it will disappear completely over time.

    【Additional Information】 The one in my environment in the image disappeared on its own after about an hour of being left alone.
