What is the best practice to take EC2 instance backup for 1 or 2 month

What is the best practice to take EC2 instance backup for 1 or 2 month on daily basis in normal price. If my system is crashed then I can restore immediately ec2 instance. Could you please guide me with steps.

    But when I launch the window server from AMI then password is not generating. I am getting this issue.
