Today we are about 3/4 of the way through the month and your projected usage of these services is 1.4% of your Free Tier total for Service Catalogue, and a fraction of 1% for everything else. So you shouldn't get any bill shock at the end of the month.
When your bill comes in at the end of the month and you feel you have been billed for something unfairly, your best course of action is to log a billing support case https://docs.aws.amazon.com/awsaccountbilling/latest/aboutv2/billing-get-answers.html#billing-support

Oh, that's a relief. Can I raise an anticipatory case? To make sure that I won't be billed?
The only way of making sure you won't be billed is to keep your usage under Free Tier limits. Which you are already doing, you have used 1% of your limit across the past 23 days, so it's unlikely you're going to use 99% over the next 8 days.
AWS cannot guarantee today that you won't be billed on the 1st of next month, because they don't know what your usage is going to be over the next 8 days.
