Is the "Latest" flow the latest Saved or Published flow?

Is the "Latest" flow (in flow designer) the latest Saved or Published flow? I searched the word "Latest" in the AWS Connect Documentation but couldn't find an answer. Maybe a note should be added to this page - https://docs.aws.amazon.com/connect/latest/adminguide/concepts-contact-flows.html

P.S. it would be nice if "Latest" also showed the date/time when that flow was exactly published for tracking purposes and version control and troubleshooting correlation of when issues were reported vs when the Latest flow was published.

Latest is latest published. If you save a version you have to then click into the last saved flow. Yes, it can be confusing.
