Our external IP is blocked from accessing our S3 AWS

Our external IP is blocked from accessing our S3 AWS. we are not blocking it via an AWS WAF or network rule. It looks like AWS is blocking it from accessing all of AWS. How do we check if its on an AWS blacklist and if so how do we request its removal from blacklist?

Hi Paul H. Could you please double-check does you don`t have permissions on s3 bucket that restrict access to files from IP ? Best regards, Andrii

H Andrii We have had these s3 buckets for years and have never had any issues with our servers accessing them. I checked again and there are no permissions that would restrict our access. We have other IP's in same location that can access them just fine. This seems to be that AWS has blacklisted 2 of our IP's. Need help on confirming IP's are blacklisted and how to request removing those IP's from blacklist.
