Cloudendure access to hypervisor?

Can you confirm if CloudEndure will facilitate both a DR failover and failback without requiring any access to an underlying hypervisor?

CloudEndure does not require access to the underlying hypervisor for failover or failback. There are several options for failback described [here][1].
