AWS Cognito Verification Code Issue

3 people are complaining that they haven't gotten the verification code text since they signed up last 3 hours.

We're using AWS Cognito and require verifying phone numbers.

One of my developers had the same experience an hour ago.

Is it just my company? Or does anyone have the experience of not getting a verification code after signing up?

As a general guidance, I would like to inform to you that Amazon SNS automatically collects metrics about your SMS message deliveries and pushes them to Amazon CloudWatch. You can collect information about successful and unsuccessful SMS message deliveries by enabling Amazon SNS to write to Amazon CloudWatch Logs, for more information please refer to the link [1]. You can also refer to the SMS delivery failure reasons from the link [2].
