URL Registration delay

Hello, I am attempting to purchase a URL via AWS. It's been 3 days now and the status is still "Domain registration in progress". Any idea as to what the problem is? Its as if no one at AWS is home to process the order.

Hello.

Did you not receive an approval or confirmation email when you purchased a domain with Route53?
You will need to click the URL in the approval email that AWS sends you after purchasing your domain.
It may be necessary to resend the email.

We also recommend that you contact AWS Support under "Account and billing" if you have any issues with domain registration.
