Workmail not displaying email

My workmail is not displaying emails. However, I did setup an incoming rule in SES, to save incoming emails to my workmail account to s3. The emails are getting saved to s3, however the emails are not showing up in my workmail inbox.

Hi,

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing problems receiving mail. Maybe the SES rule to save to S3 has a stop condition?
