SiteWise 'Create User' button disappeared

I was able to add new users to AWS SiteWise for a long time, then suddenly the 'create user' button disappeared. I still have the same Portal Administrator access that I've always had. Any idea how to get that button back??

You should be able to create users for sitewise monitor portal as defined in AWS SSO. This could be a browser issue as it just works fine for me. Are you still facing this issue? if so, can you provide more details.
