Amazon Connect Instance Site is not accessible

Its been more than 24 hours , my Amazon Connect Instance is not working. I have the URL but it is not accessible at all. I tried in different browsers and System and also tried web reachable test. all of Says Site is not reachable. It is really frustrating. I also raised the case with Amazon but not getting any response from support team either. How a URL can not be accessible at all for more than 24 hours even though AWS boast about their uptime. Any assistance in this matter will be greatly appreciated.

  1. Domain Updates: If your Amazon Connect instance was created before March 31, 2021, it might be using an old domain format. Amazon Connect has been updating domains from the old format (your-instance-alias.awsapps.com/connect/) to the new format (your-instance-alias.my.connect.aws/). Check if you're using the correct, updated URL.

  2. Network Configuration:

  • Ensure your network's allowlist includes the required domains:
  • your-instance-alias.my.connect.aws
  • *.static.connect.aws
  • If you're using a corporate network, check if your organization's firewall is blocking access.
  1. Browser Issues:
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies
  • Try accessing in incognito/private browsing mode
  • Ensure your browser supports TLS 1.2 or higher (Amazon Connect no longer supports TLS 1.1 and below)

  • Check if your internet connection is working properly
  • Try using a DNS lookup tool to verify the domain resolves correctly
  • Temporarily disable any proxy servers or VPNs
