Exam SAA-C03 technical issue but now showing as fail


Hi Team, I had my online exam on 29th NOV 2022 but at the start of the exam only I encountered a technical issue after which I had to connect with the technical team but not sure about the issue so requested for rescheduling but it is showing a fail.

Please help to reschedule my exam asap. I drop mail since then no reply. Please let me know what information is needed from my side.
