My cloud9 account won't open

0

I was doing some work on cloud9 and all of a sudden it stopped working. I have a free tier EC2 attached to the cloud9 account but I have not been able to use it for 3 months now. It just says connecting and gives me an error saying this: "This is taking longer than expected. The delay may be caused by high CPU usage in your environment, your T2 or T3 instance might be running out of burstable CPU capacity credits, or there are VPC configuration issues ". Please help

Hello.

How about restarting Cloud9?
Also, check the EC2 system logs to see if any errors have occurred.
https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AWSEC2/latest/UserGuide/troubleshoot-unreachable-instance.html#instance-console-console-output

Also, as the error message suggests, there is a possibility that the specs are insufficient, so please consider increasing the specs of the instance type.
