Block Storage Disk Content GONE

please really need help, as my title said, my block storage become empty. my ssh using strictly public key + password login no changes happened recently, suddenly my nginx today become 404, i check inside my block storage is gone by today , but the disk is still there

create /test and mount there, still nothing

i tried back sudo mount to my origin /xxxxblock1 and said its already pointing there

i check in /xxxxblock1 now have again my content(thankfully!)

but funny thing, lsblk still show pointing to /test

can help troubleshoot this?
