NICE DCV stuck at waiting page after login for AWS EC2 Ubuntu instance

I use NICE DCV to login to my AWS EC2 Ubuntu instance. Everything was fine ,yet recently, the NICE DCV display get stuck at the waiting page (image below) after asking for IP address, and login credentials. NICE DCV login stuck at this image

Reboot or stop & restart does not help with the problem. Using ssh to login as a root user still works well. Hope someone can help. Thanks.

I once had this issue, but it was for a windows connection.
The solution was; I added a UDP port to the security group of the ec2 instance in addition to the TCP port. Both ports should be 8443.
