EC2 instance (Ubuntu 20.04) was working fine a few times ago, but stopped working suddenly https://www.screencast.com/t/wgR8QN0je all network settings is correct I double

Could be that the agent crashed. If you can I would just restart the machine and try again. If not you may be able to enable console access and check the status of the agent.
