FIS Error: Target resolution returned empty set

Hi !

Tried to do the test to interrupt a spot instance as this link https://docs.aws.amazon.com/fis/latest/userguide/fis-tutorial-spot-interruptions.html

But unfortunately after started the Experiment, it always returned Failed state with message

Target resolution returned empty set

But by comparing the exported JSON, it's exact the same, no idea why this happened.

Also the Target's Resource ID fields seems like broken, it could input EC2 ARN or anything, can I specify the spot instance ID or ARN to simulate interruption ?
