Auto restore DB from snapshot or backup

Hello, I’m looking to automatically restore DB snapshot from the backup for our MSSQL Instance. The requirement that it should automatically restore to same end point e.g,. Myapp-db.AWS.Amazon.com. How do I achieve this?
