Not able to use AWS Discount code while booking my next certification exam

Hello,

I am not able to use my discount code when trying to book my next AWS certification exam. I am seeing an error that says  'Exam Code not associated for given discount code'. I had freshly activated 2 discount codes just before trying to use them while booking the exam but both the discount codes did not work and I saw seeing the above error. Can someone please help me with this issue ? Thank you.

I have always given AWS exams through PSI only, so the code should work with PSI right ?

I can almost guarantee you're booking with the wrong provider. Codes tend to be valid for either PSI **or** Pearson Vue, but not both.

So the short answer is: Book your exam with the *other* one you haven't tried, and it should work.

I noticed I cannot use that code only while booking the SAP on AWS - Speciality cert...when am trying to use those discount codes for other certs I can see the discount getting applied...so it has something to do with SAP on AWS Specialty cert...But I need to book the SAP on AWS Specialty cert only so I need help using the discount codes on that cert...I hope this info helps get around to the actual issue
