DMS Replication application restarted Event Triggering

Hello, Can you please help to identify what could be triggering "Replication application restarted" event? I can see it in the DMS-Events. We haven't been running DMS since April on this instance. I need to find out if we could save unnecessary charges on the maintenance of the current "idle" state of the EC2. Regards, Alina
