What is the Current max number of 10G for a LAG, are there any document that you can help me out, any pros and cons on the same.

You can have a max of 4 connections in a LAG, as outlined here:
https://docs.aws.amazon.com/directconnect/latest/UserGuide/lags.html
"You can have a maximum of two 100G connections, or four connections with a port speed less than 100G in a LAG. Each connection in the LAG counts towards your overall connection limit for the Region."
