Unfortunately, it does not appear to be possible to use Node JS at this time.

CodeGuru Profiler currently supports applications written in all Java virtual machine (JVM) languages and Python. The following table explains which features of CodeGuru Profiler are supported by which language.

Datadog Continuous Profiler can be used to monitor code performance and more.
I believe this is a product similar to the AWS CodeGuru Profiler.
