Thing group limit

Documentation https://docs.aws.amazon.com/general/latest/gr/iot-core.html#thing-limits states that a thing can belong to at most 10 groups.

Does this mean only 10 static groups or only 10 combined static and dynamic groups?

As such the assumption is that the thing group limit is global and applies to static and dynamic groups together.
