Kineis Video GetMedia result stream parsing in c++

Is there a c++ implementation that can help parse the GetMedia stream. I see there is a Java implementation here: https://github.com/aws/amazon-kinesis-video-streams-parser-library. Is there a c++ equivalent for this?
