When you access "http://www.vocalwiseas.com", it appears to be redirected to the following URL.
In other words, the configuration on AWS is complete, but there is a problem with the WordPress configuration or web server configuration running within Lightsail.

Hello.

Does this mean that the name cannot be resolved using the "dig" command?
For example, you can check the NS record by running the following command.

dig example.com ns

It's also possible that the domain is just taking time to propagate, so please wait a little while and check again.

So you want to set Lightsail's static IP to "www.vocalwiseas.com"?
In that case, select Static IP on the screen shown in the image and select "A subdomain of vocalwiseas.com".
Once selected, you can create a DNS record by entering "www" in the subdomain box.
Be sure to attach a static IP address to your Lightsail instance.

Now that the DNS record has been added, make sure you have a static IP attached to Lightsail.

Yes, it's correct.
Once completed, please click "Assign" at the bottom right of the screen.

What other DNS records do you want to add?
"www.vocalwiseas.com" has already been added, so if a static IP address is attached to Lightsail and the web server is running within Lightsail, you should be able to display the site.

If a static IP is attached, the IP address on the screen below should match the static IP address.

AWS re:Post does not allow you to connect to a Lightsail instance that you manage, so you must connect to your Lightsail instance and troubleshoot it yourself.
As far as I know, general troubleshooting would be to start by looking at the web server logs to see if there are any errors.
