AWS certification exam canceled all of a sudden due to noise interruption

Question

I scheduled my AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification exam for 16 July. But during the exam and after the check-in, I was interrupted by a noise in my surroundings on which I hadn't had any voluntary control. And then I was asked to show my pockets to the proctor. Even after doing it all, they messaged all of a sudde  on the chat window that they saw something in the camera view and exited my exam. I couldn't even note the ticket ID that they raised for this issue. There are always certain elements on which we have no control. What do I do now? Kindly help me out.
