How do I trigger the re:Post Agent to answer my question in re:Post Private?

Question

I am asking a question on re:Post and I am wondering how the Agent works? Does it just pick up on a new question? Is it a workflow? This is a test to see how/if/when the Agent works.

**EDIT** - for Public AWS re:Post, like we are posting here, it will work automaticly.

However, if you have a **re:Post Private** and the re:Post Agent is not automatically answering questions for you and your customer, you'll need to login to re:Post as a Administrator and navigate to your Administration Settings;

Once in here, go to the header Artificial Intelligence and enable it here, and that will make it work.

The documentation as [per here](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/repostprivate/latest/userguide/get-answer.html) at time of updating this question does not include this simple step, so, adding it here in case it's needed in the future. Happy re:Post-ing all!

When you post a question on AWS re:Post, you don't need to take any special action to trigger re:Post Agent. The process works automatically as follows:

1. You post your question on re:Post following the standard procedure.

2. Once your question is posted, re:Post Agent automatically reviews it and provides an initial response within a few seconds.

3. The answer generated by re:Post Agent will be displayed under your question.

This automated workflow happens for any re:Post user who signs in and posts a question. The AI-powered re:Post Agent is designed to provide quick, initial responses to help users get started with solving their problems.

It's important to note that while re:Post Agent aims to provide helpful information quickly, the community still plays a crucial role. After the Agent's response, other users can still contribute their answers, and community experts can review and edit the Agent's answer for accuracy.

If you find the answer provided by re:Post Agent to be accurate and helpful, you can choose to "Accept Answer." Otherwise, you can wait for additional responses from the community or provide feedback on the Agent's answer through upvoting, downvoting, or flagging.

Remember, re:Post Agent is designed to handle general AWS technical questions, but it may not generate an answer for security-related questions or if it doesn't have enough information to provide a meaningful response.
