Upgrading current instance for lightsail

Hi, I'm currently using a lightsail instance which have 1vCPU 1GB RAM plan but I noticed that the plan I'm currently using now offers 2vCPU 1GB RAM with the same price. I want to know if I can upgrade my current instance to new same* plan without going to create new instance with current snapshot.

Sorry if this question have been asked and answered before as I can't find similar question here. Thanks

Hi,

To avail the new bundle specifications, you will need to create a new instance from a snapshot of your current instance. There isn't a way to update the bundle plan in-place.
