Can we have a interactive filters and filter groupings in Direct Query in Quicksight?

I am not able to get the interactive filters and filter groupings in Direct Query in Quicksight, Whereas I am able to do the same in SPICE. Is there a way to have filter groupings in Direct Query as well>
