I created a personal AWS account 20 days ago. Today I received a message that it has been temporarily suspended. And to activate the account, you need to provide additional information, including business information. However, I don't do any business and initially created a personal account, not a business account. Tell me, please, what can I do?

Hi,

You've probably started to use services that go beyond the free tier: so, the "business information" that is indeed required is a credit card number allowing those non-free services to be charged.

If it's not the case, you can open a ticket with AWS Support via the services console and they will tell you precisely which kind of information they require to unblock.
