I built site in wordpress with installed theme. in wordpress site was working properly however after change of static id, all theme images in library are not visible on site and speed is reduced.

What does "static id" mean?  
Are you referring to "Static IP"?  
If so, have you updated your WordPress URL or site URL to a new one?

There is a plugin that changes the URL, so try using this to change the image URL to a new one.
