How do I get a Redshift Auqa cluster to stop pausing and actually pause?

I have a 6 node Redshift Aqua cluster that I paused almost 2 hours ago and it's still running in modifying - pausing mode. One of the compute node's CPU is pegged at 100% during that period of time.

Double check this is not a browser issue by Control+F5 or even closing your browser completely (not just that tab, not just that window, but all windows). If the issue persists then kindly raise a Support Ticket.
