Not able to find Guardrails in Control Tower

Hello, I am creating AWS Control Tower setup. After creation of US, I am heading to do Guardrails. But I am not able to find Guardrails option, even thought I am logged-in with "AWSAdministratorAccess". Please see attached screenshot. AWS Control Tower screenshot

Please guide, what I am missing here. Thanks

The Guardrail is also called Control. The control tower dashboard showed there there are 20 control... For the list of Guardrail (Control), please refers to https://docs.aws.amazon.com/controltower/latest/userguide/controls-reference.html
