Hi,
You can only have 1 authoritative source for your domain and by the looks of it, currently its LightSail that is that authority on your domain. Please add all required records for WorkMail in LightSail and your email should start working again.
Kind regards, Robin
Hello.
Have you checked the web server access log and error log?
These logs may contain logs that can be used for troubleshooting.
Thanks for the reply, I put the website on debug mode but no log will be generated and non exist right now. My main problem is that I have no idea what is wrong.
Hi,
The problem sounds like a DNS issue as both WorkMail and your website are down which are on different systems. Can you check your DNS correct and all domains are reachable from the internet?
Kind regards, Robin
Thank you Robink and Riku for your answers.
I have tried to change the name of the themes and plugins folder to make them disabled, but it didn't work. I am not sure if my DNS setup is fone so I am sending you guys a screenshot and I would appreciate it if you could take a look at it. I have a website, static IP, HTTPS enabled, and WorkMail:
The last thing I did was making HTTPS available for the website. Is it possible that such a thing makes the problem? having said that few days after that, I got the problem. I have checked the memory and maximum of 20% is used by the website. I don't know how to check the cpu.
@robinkaws It worked. thank you so much. Now I have my email back. Now do you know what should I do for my website to be back?

In the past, I have seen such problems caused by plugins and themes installed in WordPress. How about trying disabling themes and plugins? By the way, are there any abnormalities in the CPU usage rate or memory usage rate?
