Hello,

I opened an account a few years back and didn't get to use it much after the pandemic. I am looking to pass 3 or 4 of the certifications and would really like the opportunity to take advantage of the free tier now. Is it possible to restart my free tier?

You cannot restart a free tier.

You will have to create a new account with a different email. I believe same credit card can be used.
