My domain brk.su has been rejected in ACM when requesting a certificate

My domain has been rejected when requesting a certificate in ACM.  The help says to raise a question here, so the question is, how do I resolve this?   I have already read the info that indicates the reason is a fraud-based issue, but this data doesn't say how to get it resolved.

Did you receive any of the errors listed in the following documents when you tried to issue the certificate?  
If it is out, the problem should be resolved accordingly.

Yes, additional verification required - which without a support contract points to this forum.  Therefore I am raising this question in this forum.  With "additional verification required" and no support contract, what is the process to get this resolved?
