Amazon Q Business : Data source as Slack - Error on fetching the groups

Not a lot of information here to work with. I would start by validating the user/password you are using to connect to Slack and ensure that the user has enough permissions on the Slack side to read all the targeted content.

Perhaps start by reading a single public channel and then build from there once you verify that you can connect and read.
