Negative EC2 billing value

Hi, can anyone explain to me why my EC2 billing for 2 days has negative values? On August 3rd, it recorded -$13.39 and on August 4th, it recorded -$19.25

Right now in Support Centre https://support.console.aws.amazon.com/support/home there is the following banner, perhaps your EC2 billing discrepancy is caught up this?

  • i guess, will have to keep an eye on and check again after their restoration is done
