Amazon Connect - Contact search Issue

Hi Team, we are working on Amazon Connect for Contact flow development. Till two weeks before we can able to view the Contact search report for our dialed calls. But without any change, reports are not showing for our dialed calls and also for past records too. We need a way forward steps how to resolve this issue to view the Contact search report.

We need to know whether we have missed any basic steps to view the Contact search report. If there is any kindly share us the proper structure to resolve this issue.

In order to access to the Contact search reports, you need the required permissions.

  • Hi @igsalvar, thanks for your information. I've enabled "CallCenterManager" on "security profile" and also all the permissions on CL too. But my concern is Contact search is not showing any of the data for the dialed call. Contact search is just blank for all user. I've enabled all the permission listed on "security profile" and also selected all on CL permission for viewing the data on "Contact Search", But still there is no data viewing on "Contact Search".

Sometimes the Restrict contact access option can cause this type of problems, you can try tu turn it off. Check the section Overlapping security profiles in the guide for more details.
