Cant stop Samsung J5. All runs blocked.

Dear Amazon Team,

Samsung Galaxy J5 4G device can't be stopped. It is in "Stopping..." state for long time now. It blocks all our runs so we cannot run any Android test anymore. Please help.

It is the same 2 hours after I clicked to Stop button on Samsung Galaxy J5 4G device. Please assist since we cannot run any new Android run.

Thank you for quick reaction. And please stop Samsung Galaxy J5 4G once more. We will not use it anymore to avoid these lock ups.

Runs work fine now. Also we removed the problematic device from our device pools. Thank you for the support!
