The refund for the savings plan is not reflected in the grand total of the bills.

HI!

I purchased a savings plan up-front and returned it after just one day. It has been about a week since then. While it appears that the return has been processed in the invoice section of the bills, the grand total in the bills still includes the up-front fee. When will the refund be properly reflected in the grand total? please attached screen shot of bills
