Also, are there any errors in the address or name entered when registering the domain?
if you have a problem with domain registration, it's best to open a case with AWS Support under "Account and billing".
You should be able to contact AWS Support for domain registration issues as described in the document below.
Inquiries under "Account and billing" can be made free of charge.
