Conection problem in Windows EC2

0

My EC2 t2.medium is not responding to any type of connection. The web system installed on it no longer opens. When trying to access it via RDP (Windows Server), it also gives an error. I already tried to restart the instance in the console, but the problem persists. It was working normally until the last access on 03/17. No further modifications were made.

Got a 1/2 security check error message on the Instance. Instance accessibility check failed

Can anyone help me?

  • I'he discovered What was the problem. The Windows Server was updating, and had some problem, and couldn't start. The funcion of gat a print from the computer helped my a lot in this process. Everything work fine now. Thanks.

Hi There

This could be caused by a number of issues, and without additional info it will be difficult to pinpoint. I would start by capturing a screenshot and see if there are any errors visible.

Additional troubleshooting assistance can be found below:

From https://aws.amazon.com/premiumsupport/knowledge-center/ec2-windows-instance-status-check-fail/ :

Due to instance status checks likely being caused by issues within the guest operating system, focus your troubleshooting on reviewing the following:

  • Console output
  • System logs
  • Operating system or application error messages

For more information, see Troubleshooting EC2 Windows instances.

Tip: You can also use EC2Rescue for Windows Server to diagnose and troubleshoot issues.
