I'd suggest reviewing the Cost Explorer for your account. Just because site says a service is under free-tier doesn't mean there isn't a potential for being charged. It's the customer responsibility to review usage and assure there's not charges being incurred. W3Schools is not an AWS site and can't make the guarantee of AWS not charging for services used.
You can always open a support case to AWS to ask for assistance on billing.
yers i know and i undestand that , but i didnt choose any payed services ...just followed the tutorial ... i used Elastic beanstalk and rds , and choose the free option , with no escalibility .... its free , right ?
i dont have that available (cost esplorer), like i said i only used that services from the tutorial , Elastic Beanstalk and rds , i didnt used any other ... im really not very happy with this ... how can i contact suport ?? cant find the link ....
ok thanks for the help ,i will contact support , maybe i made a error or clicked some link i didnt suposed to click , but if you check the tutorial , (Django) , its a simple app , that i didnt even finish , i didnt conect the app to the database , final step .... why would i even activate a cluster ( or whatever that is ) on that site?? it doenst make any sence ...
check the date in the foto , it was the first time i accessed cost esplorer ...
what is this ? elasticache-cluster-1 ??? i dont even know what this is or what it is used for... i didnt activate this ....
