Confusing UI on RDS Proxy Target Group

Question

On RDS Proxy target group config there are two options `Session pinning filters` and `Initialization query - optional` which can be used to filter out conditions that cause connection pinning.
The problem is that none of this options work when using PostgreSQL engine. We came to know this from this [link](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonRDS/latest/UserGuide/rds-proxy.html#rds-proxy-pinning:~:text=RDS%20Proxy%20doesn%27t%20support%20session%20pinning%20filters%20for%20PostgreSQL.), also confirmed by AWS support.

Both these options should be removed from the UI to avoid confusion for users which may think that they actually work.

I understand the below options are not supported for PostgreSQL when selected as an engine via RDS Proxy. The request is to remove these options from the UI Console.

- Session pinning filters 
 - Initialization query - optional

We are actively working on improving the console using your feedback as it is important to us. Therefore, I have created an internal request on your behalf requesting for these above options to be removed from the UI console when PostgreSQL is selected as an engine via RDS Proxy window.
