Visual Studio Code re-start

0

I recently have started trying to use AWS Amplify & Visual Studio Code. I downloaded Visual Studio and tried to follow a youtube tutorial on how to connect my account, however believe I skipped a step or two.

I wiped the files relating to AWS in my user folder and tried to start again, got all the way up to npm start, however when I run npm audit fix it saying there are 119 vulnerabilities in my code.

When I run npm audit fix, none of these errors change and the npm start command fails to do anything.

These are the errors I am getting after running npm audit fix:

npm audit fix --force npm WARN using --force Recommended protections disabled. npm WARN audit Updating react-scripts to 5.0.1, which is a SemVer major change. npm WARN deprecated @babel/plugin-proposal-private-methods@7.18.6: This proposal has been merged to the ECMAScript standard and thus this plugin is no longer maintained.
