MTurk 403 error after successful login

A group member of mine cannot access their AMT account - after they successfully log in, they get a 403 error everywhere on https://requester.mturk.com/ . Things we have tried include:

  • clearing the cache, deleting cookies
  • different browsers, logging in from different machines
  • waiting (the problem has persisted for over a week)

The AMT account was using prepaid balance to pay for HITs. They can still access https://requestersandbox.mturk.com/

  • Hi, we have met the same problem for more than three weeks. Do you get any response from the mturk support team now?

  • Hello Katt, I'm having exactly the same problem. I've had a requester account since March, 2020. As of two weeks ago, I get the same error as the OP when I log in. I have contacted the support team using the form suggested, but haven't gotten a response. It's been more than a week and I have data collection pending. Is there anyone else we can contact? Thanks!
