Accidentally add in restricted IAM policy, block all access to AWS console


I accidentally added in restricted IAM policy (for MFA restriction), which blocked all access to AWS console, and not even able to create case from AWS console.

How can we get help from AWS to remove the IAM policy in our account? :(
