Unassigned Billing Case (13 Days) - Skill Builder Refund Request

0

Hi Team,

I submitted a support case on August 26, 2026, requesting a cancellation and full refund ($29 + taxes) for an AWS Skill Builder subscription within the eligible 3-day cancellation window.

Steps Taken: Aug 26: Submitted the initial refund request. Aug 28: Sent a follow-up reply in the case correspondence.

The case has remained unassigned for 13 days with no response. Since the request was logged within the required timeframe, could someone please help escalate this case internally to process the cancellation and refund?

Thank you!

Hello,

I'm sorry to hear that you haven't received an update on your case.

Cases are handled in the order they're received, but you will receive an update once correspondence is added.

Keep monitoring your case for updates.

I have cancelled Skill Builder after few hours of subscription. Opened support case to get refund. 2 days passed, still unassigned. I will update here once I will get any reply.

I understand you're waiting for a response on your Skill Builder refund request. While I can't directly access or escalate individual support cases, I can help clarify the process and next steps.

For AWS Skill Builder subscription refunds requested within the 3-day cancellation window, these are typically handled through the AWS Support case system. Since you've already submitted your case and added follow-up correspondence, the best way to ensure it receives attention is to continue adding updates through the AWS Support Center at https://console.aws.amazon.com/support/. Each time you add correspondence, it helps keep your case active in the queue.

The AWS Support team handling billing cases will be able to verify your cancellation timeline and process your refund request according to the Skill Builder refund policy. Continue monitoring your case through the Support Center for updates from the team.
