RDP Connection Issue

I am not able to connect to EC2 Server via RDP after I accidently stopped the "Terminal Service", is there any method to run "Terminal Service" and enable the RDP? Thanks a lot for your help.

The RDP connection problem is resolved after I stop the Instance, then start the Instance after 10 minutes.
